From the first point of contact with you, the customer, the goal of Elite
Lamp Technologies is to ensure that you are totally satisfied. We do
not make money with 'value added' services or product up-sells. We
simply include all of that in the product we sell from the start. From our
exclusive use of highly efficient rare-earth phosphors to protective
barrier coatings, from engineering and throughout the life of the lamp,
we will be available to assist you with your needs.

We have a baseline guarantee of all our lamps against failure for a
period of 5 years. We do offer certain lamps with guarantees of 15
years. To date we have not had one instance of a unit that was
returned due to failure. Once your lamp is installed, you can rest
assured that it will not require service for at lease half a decade!
